We moved into our brand new home around 18 months ago and after obtaining several quotes from larger companies we decided to purchase our roman and vertical blinds from Curtain Ideas - their prices were much more reasonable, the sales team were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, and as we later found out, their blinds are very modern and hang beautifully! Recently some naughty puppies ate the chain from the bottom of the vertical blinds. We expected obtaining a new chain would be difficult and expensive, however the staff at Curtain Ideas had our measurements and specifications on file, ordered a matching replacement chain and even offered to supply it at no cost to us - What a fabulous company!
